The living area is an open plan living,kitchen and dining area. It has settees and sofas and occasional furniture as well as a TV, Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen is large and airy and fully equipped including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There are french doors leading out to the terrace and the garden. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is an ensuite with a bath and over shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside cabinet and bedside lamps. There is access to a small garden through some french doors. Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and lamps. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lamps and the ensuite has a shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 5 has zip and link beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lamps. The family bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, toilet and hand basin. There is sparking for several cars, a spacious garden and terrace and a luxurious outdoor heated pool in the grounds. Unfortunately the pool house is not for guest use. There is also a hard Tennis court, Games room with TV, Wii, CD and exercise equipment. This property really does have stunning grounds and access to a private Croquet lawn.
